The year 2014 was a year of great change for Dr. Philippe El Haddad. After having chaired the Board of Directors for six years, he chose to take over the medical management of Chirec. The experience acquired as a member of the Board of Directors, vice-chairman and then president of the Board, the quality of his relations with the medical profession, his knowledge of the files, his frankness and his power of work allow the best continuity in the management of Chirec. He practiced medicine for a long time. Until recently, he was on duty in the intensive care unit at the Braine-l'Alleud - Waterloo Hospital.
