Innovation and warm care hand in hand

Prof. dr. Eric Mortier is CEO of Ghent University Hospital since 2011. He is doctor in Medicine, Surgery and Obstetrics and doctor in Biomedical Sciences. Prof. Mortier was head of the department of Anesthesiology from 1999 till 2008. He was president of the Medical Board of Ghent University Hospital from 2003 till 2008 and dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences of Ghent University (2008-20011).
