Mrs. Buyse Inge

BIOGRAPHY

Since January 1, 2017, Inge Buyse has been assigned as CEO in az groeninge Kortrijk.

She has a master in Law, and MBA at the Vlerick School of Management.

During 25 years she has been building up experience in an international environment, of which 15 years experience in a CEO-position.
After 8 years in a corporate function, it was her choice to change to operational Management to be in the driving seat.
Since 2001, she has been building up experience in managing industrial manufacturing companies , first in the Building Industry (Koramic-Wienerberger), next in the Aluminium business (Sapa), each time in a leading position as CEO, both national and international.
Manufacturing is an exciting domain to work in, and the people management aspect is most important for her.
In parallel, since many years, she demonstrated her international and manufacturing experience in being a member of Board of Directors in listed companies.

Next to that, non-profit organisations, like the Flanders Symphony Orchestra, can count on her support for advise on the business aspect.

She’s an expert in change management, with deep insides in the industrial organisations, with special emphasis on people management and turning organisations towards new directions exploring their own capabilities.
