Mrs. Costello Ann

Ann Costello is the Global Franchise Lead Centralised Solutions and is a member of the Centralised and Point of Care Solutions Leadership Team, reporting to Thomas Schinecker.

Ms. Costello returned to Roche Diagnostics International in Rotkreuz effective October 2018, after seven years with Roche Tissue Diagnostics. She joined Roche Tissue Diagnostics in 2011 as the Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning. In January 2013 she assumed the position of Lifecycle Leader for Advanced Staining Assays and in September 2014 was appointed the Advanced Staining Franchise Leader. In 2016 she assumed the position as Head of the Roche Tissue Diagnostics Unit as a member of the Roche Molecular Solutions Leadership Team

Ms. Costello has over thirty years of experience within the diagnostics field. Prior to joining Roche Tissue Diagnostics, she held a number of senior management positions at Roche Diagnostics, including Senior Vice President of the Serum Work Area Business in Roche Professional Diagnostics where she was responsible for leading program management and global marketing for Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay.

Ms. Costello is a Fellow of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Science and holds a B.Sc. in Biomedical Science from the Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland.
